When Bing Bing was diagnosed with FIP, his family was faced with uncertainty, worry, and countless questions about what lay ahead.

But through dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to his care, Bing Bing continued to fight each day.

Today, he is on his journey to recovery, bringing hope and happiness back to the people who love him most.

Thank you to Bing Bing’s family for trusting us to be part of this chapter in his life, and for sharing their story with us.

Every recovery is a team effort, between pets, their families, and the people who care for them.

We’re honoured to walk alongside them every step of the way. ❤️

They named him Superman because he survived.

When he first arrived, he was a tiny stray cat fighting injuries that threatened his life. There were difficult days, uncertain moments, and many reasons to worry.

But Superman kept going.

As part of his recovery journey, his family explored different treatment options and, with guidance from our veterinary team, decided to include acupuncture in his care plan.

Month by month, he grew stronger. Today, he eats well, plays happily, and reminds everyone around him just how resilient a small life can be.

Thank you to Superman’s family for sharing their story and allowing us to be part of this journey.

Here’s to second chances, compassionate care, and the remarkable spirit of one little cat.

Daulat Tuanku.

On this special occasion, we extend our heartfelt birthday wishes to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.

As Malaysians, we are reminded of the values that unite compassion, service, resilience, and our shared commitment to building a stronger nation together.

May His Majesty be blessed with good health, happiness, and wisdom in leading our beloved country.

Let us take this day to celebrate the spirit of unity and the pride we share as Malaysians.

From all of us at the Windsor Veterinary Family, we wish His Majesty a very Happy Birthday.

🇲🇾 Daulat Tuanku 🇲🇾

While we join the nation in celebration, our hospitals and clinics remain open and ready to care for the pets and families who need us.

15 MAY 2026 — BLACK OUT FRIDAY

When the lights went out at Penang Veterinary Centre, care continued on.

During the unexpected blackout, our vets and vet techs carried on treating a cat while a thoughtful pet owner helped light the way with a flashlight so the team could continue safely and smoothly.

It was a small moment, but a meaningful reminder that compassion is never a one-person effort.

Veterinary care is built on trust, patience, and teamwork, not only within the veterinary team, but also with the people who stand beside their pets through every situation. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do every day.

To the clients who continue to show understanding, kindness, and patience during unexpected situations, thank you. Your support means more than words can express.

Even during challenging moments, humanity always finds a way to shine through. 💛

Like Mother, Like Son. 🐱✨

A mother’s touch isn’t just for just her children; it extends to every living creature she cares for.

At PVC, we believe that inspiring a love for animals starts at home (and sometimes at the clinic!).

Wishing a beautiful Mother’s Day to the nurturers of our community.

🪥🐶 "Dental Care 101 at home with Britney & Daisy!" 🦷✨

Watch as Britney, our vet tech, tries to keep Daisy’s smile sparkling! 😁 Spoiler alert: Daisy’s more interested in turning the toothbrush into a chew toy! It’s a fun and chaotic brushing lesson you don’t want to miss.

But don’t worry, other preventive dental care like dental treats, chewable toys, and regular vet check-ups can help keep your pet’s teeth healthy and pain-free. Healthy teeth, happy Daisy! 🐾💖

A Story To Be Told — Boy’s Story 🐾

In 2025, our team at Penang Veterinary Centre first tried to rescue a stray dog we later came to know as Boy. Unfortunately, he escaped before we could bring him in for care.

In February 2026, we received news that Boy had been found injured after a road accident with a severe hip injury. Thanks to the kindness of the public, help arrived quickly. The first person to spot him was , who shared the situation online.

After seeing the video on TikTok, our head vet stepped in to arrange emergency treatment and surgery for Boy. Today, he is receiving care and rehabilitation as he begins his recovery journey.

Moments like this remind us how vulnerable animals on the streets can be. We hope Boy’s story encourages everyone to drive safely and stay mindful of animals that share our roads.

At PVC, we believe every life matters — big or small. When Boy is fully recovered, we hope to find a loving forever home for him and his sister, Coco.
