*TERMS AND CONDITIONS*
1) All corals posted will be taken under AI HYDRA lights.
2) All corals posted for bidding in this page can be cancelled without prior notice due to unforseen circumstances.
3) Any appeal/complaint shall be reviewed by team. The results of appeal/complaint will be posted for public viewing and no further appeal/complaint will be entertained once decision has been made.
4) Under no circumstances can a bidder cancel his/her bid. If any bidder decided to break this rule, he/she will be ban from future bidding.
5) Payment for the bidding MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS after bidding time ends.
6) Payment channel will be send to winner through private message for each and every auction.
7) Please be advice that screenshot of payment prove must be shown to confirm payment is made.
8) Please be reminded that responding to messages send from us is IMPORTANT to avoid any misunderstanding in any sorts of communications.
9) Please stay respectful to each other at all times to prevent arguments. Any rules breaker will be ban from this page without any notifications/warnings.
10) This page is only for bidding and selling corals from Eco Marine Aquarium Centre ONLY. Please remember to comment only bidding prices on corals for bids. Do not comment other things to let bidders have chances bids as well as to prevent spamming. Chit chatting are allowed for corals posted as for sell.
11)We will only hold corals for a duration of ONE WEEK ONLY. If after a week, we still unable to send the corals for customers(due to customer issue) We will not refund any payment made. This also applies to walk in self collect customers. Customers can accumulate their corals for a week before we do postage. For any customers that had already make payment, we are only liable to cover the corals for a week as stated in the rules. Any death of corals after a week of bid winning date is not covered by us.
*TIME LIMITS FOR BIDDING*
1) Every single pieces of corals post for bidding will end within 24hours.
(exact time will be announce at post. )
2) Maximum 30 minutes will be extended for bidding.
Example: 10.59PM bidder bids. Time will be extended for
5 minutes until 30 minutes max. Last bid will
be on 11.29PM. Any bidding after 11.29PM will
be forfeited due to exceeded the cutoff time
provided.
PLEASE READ THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING ANY BIDS. BID ONLY WHEN YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ONCE BID HAS BEEN MADE, WE WILL TAKE THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
