Caring with Compassion Deficient resources and information leads to suffering, disease, and injury of both animals and people!

Sayulitanimals was founded by a group of local residents in response to the problems of over-population of cats and dogs, sick and neglected pets and street animals, lack of knowledge in the community about animals , and unwanted pets. Sayulitanimals plans to change this dismal situation through our four programs: free spay and neuter to all animals, community education and awareness, adoption ass

istance, and medical aid for street animals. In addressing these local problems, Sayulitanimals helps the community by reducing transmission of disease, environmental contamination, damage to natural habitats, and injuries derived from dog bites and fights. Goals:
To promote respect and compassion for animals within the community
To gain government support and have the power to act according to the animal rights laws
To have a full service veterinary laboratory for blood tests and x-rays

We hope to see our organization free from financial and legal limitations. We believe that with the supporters we have now and the ones we will acquire in the future, Sayulitanimals will have the resources to successfully continue and expand our programs. Of course, the ideal is that in time all cats and dogs will have loving homes and be free of all suffering.

Looking for homes, hearts, and helping hands!

These adorable mixed-breed female puppies and their lovely mom are looking for their forever homes — and we need your help to make it happen.

The pups have started their vaccinations and are ready for adoption! Their mom is also looking for a family — she’s about 2 years old, super social, and incredibly sweet.

The pups can fly to the US but Canada is easier.
Why Canada? 🇨🇦 🐾

Due to updated CDC regulations, it’s currently difficult to bring rescue dogs from Mexico into the United States.

Canada, on the other hand, still allows for international rescue adoptions from Mexico with fewer barriers, which means we have a much better chance at getting these dogs to safety and into loving homes.

Let’s get these sweethearts the fresh start they deserve.

These 10 beautiful baby girls and their sweet momma were rescued off the street the day they were born.
Mama is called Canela and so they are the Spice Grils!

Now they need forever good homes.

We did everything possible for our sweet Maria.

Last night she left her body and transitioned to her next life, pain free. She was not alone. She left us being surrounded by pure love.

Thank you to everyone who donated for Maria’s care. We have another rescue we just brought in, who has 8 puppies in tow, so any funds that could not be allocated to her ongoing care will help us with with so many others ♥️
