Hello Springfield!
TL;DR - I’m coming back! New prices & a few policy updates (like cancelation fees and additional pet fees 😳)

Detailed post, which you should *really* read if you’re a previous client of mine…
I’m coming back! Crazy right?! Since most of my clients are close friends, you’ve seen my update on my personal page of why I’m coming back to MO v still living in CA.
With that being said, I have some updates and policy changes! Which I’m basing on after looking at various companies in the area and their policies (with cancelations and reservations) as well as their prices.

My Rates are PER NIGHT
REMINDER: My Spfd “Box” is the following roads / hwy perimeter - W of Hwy 65; S of I-44; E of West Bypass; N of Republic Rd
- $35: Spfd Box
- $40: Outside Box
- $45: Surrounding Cities, within the Springfield Suburb (Willard, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Fair Grove, Rogersville, Strafford, etc.)
- $50: Surrounding Cities, within the Greater Springfield Area (Branson, Buffalo, Bolivar, Marshfield, Monett, etc.)
I have also added a "Per Visit" option, for those who don't need an overnight stay but would still like for me to take care of their fur baby.
- $25: Spfd Box
- $25: Outside Box
- $30: Springfield Suburb
- $40: Greater Springfield Area
POLICY CHANGE 1: As always, I will take cash or check. I would prefer to have the full payment upfront, but I will also do split payments 50/50 (I understand some vacations / trips might be cut short due to various circumstances).
NEW Payment Options:
- CashApp
- Venmo
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
Payment MUST be given either 1) Day 1 of my stay; or 2) at time of my coming to get keys / meet your pet (typically 3-4 days prior, but I will reach out and schedule a time)
POLICY CHANGE 2: Just like before, I will not have a last minute cancelation fee EXCEPT now I will be implementing a fee during peak times (e.g. Holidays & Summer). This is a NEW policy, as I will no longer go between houses (double booking) even if fur-parents are okay with it.
If your plans get cut short and you have to leave later or come back earlier, no worries! If you have to leave later, you just pay me for the new set of nights. If you come back early, I will refund you the nights I wasn’t there.
Non-Summer Holidays will include:
- Mid March-Early April (Spring Breaks)
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve & Day
- New Years Eve & Day
Summer Holidays will include:
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
Summer Peak Time:
- First Day: Memorial Day (or last day of SPS K12, whichever is first)
- Last Day: Labor Day
CANCELATION FEE = 1 Night’s Rate
If I have someone I turned down, you will need to let me know 1+ week in advance if you plan on canceling, in order to not be charged the cancelation fee. Most places have a 48hr notice for cancelation, and I would like to give people a chance to use me, in case they are scheduled elsewhere.
I understand if it’s a family emergency, acts of nature, etc.
POLICY CHANGE 3: I will be implementing a $5 per additional pet fee.

*There may be an additional pet fee depending on how big your flock is, at the time of my stay
