We were taught that getting a job means security.
That employment equals freedom.

But let’s be honest…

If your income can disappear with one decision you didn’t make—
is that really security?

For many people, especially the underemployed, a job doesn’t feel like freedom.

It feels like fear.

Fear of losing income.
Fear of starting over.
Fear of not having control.

That’s not stability. That’s dependence.

No job is permanent. Every job is temporary.
