I love to learn people how to grow mushroom its just having time ...for beginners the most easiest mushroom to grow in normal.oyster ...as it as a wide temperature from the lows to high 26 and still will fruit ..humidity still as to.be high .....its the easiest to grow....the difficult ones like lions mane sh*ttake enoki morels and a lot of others all need very tight temperature and humidity control
Only drift a small amount and they will suffer....
The preparation is a key factor..getting the correct subtrate to the correct saturation level and the mix must be bang on ...or yeilds and growth is slow ...
You have 3 things to learn
1 the mycelium inoculation
2 the subtrate inoculation
3 fruiting induction.
