Responsibilities:
โข Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email or chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
โข Order Processing and Support:
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers.
- Assist customers with online ordering and troubleshooting technical issues.
โข Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues.
โข Problem Solving and Resolution:
- Identify and analyze customer problems to determine appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service.
โข Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
- Provide product information to customers.
โข Team Collaboration:
- Work with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate customer feedback to other departments.
Qualifications:
โข Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
โข Experience:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience in a related industry (advantageous).
โข Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
