🚨 Bird parents, please be extra careful! 🐥 This tiny baby bird was brought in after accidentally swallowing the silicone tip of the syringe used for feeding.

It’s the second case this week😢 Always check your feeding tools before use — loose or damaged parts can be life-threatening.

Use proper bird-safe feeding syringes to feed those babies. 💛

Gastric torsion, also known as bloat or GDV (Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus), is a life-threatening condition in dogs where the stomach fills with gas and twists on itself. This blocks blood flow and can lead to rapid shock and death if not treated immediately. At our clinic, we sadly see many emergency cases like this, often in large or deep-chested dogs. It’s a veterinary emergency that requires urgent surgery. Early signs include a swollen belly, restlessness, unproductive vomiting, and weakness. If you notice these signs, seek immediate veterinary care — every minute counts.

This brave kitty came in to get neutered today 🐱✨ During his check-up, we noticed he had tapeworms.

Tapeworm segments often look like small grains of rice and can be found around the a**s, in the fur near the tail, or in your cat’s stool.
