LOST!

Kenzo dashed out of his home in Misrah Kola yesterday evening and was later seen in a property in Triq l-Istwiel. He must be hiding somewhere in the vicinities as he is probably scared. Residents living in the area kindly check your gardens, front areas etc and if seen kindly contact his owner. He is a neutered male and wearing a collar with owner's contact details, mobile number 7906 7554. Kindly share so that Kenzo can be reunited with his family, thanks!

Biscuit is left all alone as his sibling was adopted. Biscuit is 8 weeks old, chipped , deflead, dewormed, litter trained and took hi first vaccine.

New home needed for Fonzie

Fonzie is an adorable, very playful and loving bottle fed kitten. His estimated date of birth is around 10th April. He was home a few weeks ago with an older cat but that are not getting along and owner decided that it's best to re-home . The ideal home would be somewhere with younger cats or another kitten that would enjoy a playful companion.

This is his story:

On Sunday 27/4 Animal Welfare Malta picked up a sealed plastic bag full of small kittens from qrendi. When the vet nurse checked the kittens unfortunately all were dead except one. The survivor was taken in by me for bottle feeding. We named him Fonzie.

Fonzie was thought to be 2- 2.5 weeks old but was barely moving and very traumatised. He was constantly crying and needed either the miracle ni**le in his mouth or to be cuddled up either with me or with one of my two dogs. We were worried that the lack of oxygen that little his siblings had somehow caused some form of brain damage because he couldn't walk for the first few days and kept falling over.

Gradually, much to our delight, little Fonzie gained strength and started walking and playing like other kittens his age. We were delighted when he was booked for a loving home.

Unfortunately we have just received the bad news that we need to find another home for Fonzie. He hasn't settled with the elderly cat in his new home and it was decided that it is best if we find a new home for him.

I am full up with kittens that are under treatment for all kinds of illnesses and it would be very unfair to put Fonzie in a cage after he had been living in a home. We are hoping to find a home for him soon and that he can go straight to his new home so that we cause him as little stress as possible.
