Nygaard Imports specialises in pet and garden products and is currently looking for an enthusiastic Maltese speaking sales representative to join our team. This position is on a full-time basis and is suited to individuals who are looking for a career in sales.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for

*The selling and promotion of the company’s products and services
*Foster and develop new and existing business relationships
*Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products and pricing structures
*Provide weekly reports to management
*Visiting clients on a weekly basis

The candidate must

*Have a flair for sales
*Be computer literate
*Have strong negotiation skills
*Possess a valid driving license
*Have a clean police conduct
*Be fluent in Maltese

The successful candidate will be in possession of a driving license, well-organised and self-motivated with a good standard of education. A smart appearance and pleasant personality are also a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including bookkeeping, data input, human resources, and other related duties.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in office administration and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure that all payments are processed accurately and on time
Input data into computer systems and maintain accurate records of all information

Requirements

Familiarity with office procedures
