With the help of your feedback, love of dogs and patience, we hope to innovate the concept in taking on the responsibility to care for a dog and have them part of your daily life. We ultimately aim to become partners with you in ensuring the complete care of your favourite pup. Together we can create a strong team for the complete needs of you and your dog.

Woofy Meals is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.

The role includes:
• Speaking with customers and assisting with enquiries
• Following up with potential and existing customers
• Processing orders and assisting with sales
• Helping customers choose suitable products
• Handling day-to-day customer communication

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident and comfortable speaking to people
• Friendly and professional
• Organised and reliable
• Motivated and sales-focused
• Comfortable using computers and online systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
