Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator

Woofy Meals is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person to help ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly for our dog parents.

This role is not sales and not marketing.
It’s about organization, follow-through and making sure orders, stock, and deliveries happen exactly as they should.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating daily orders and fulfilment

Supporting packing and delivery workflows

Monitoring stock levels and flagging shortages early

Improving simple processes so things run more smoothly

Helping maintain a consistent, stress-free experience for our customers

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is highly organized and detail-driven

Enjoys structure, systems and problem-solving

Has experience in operations, logistics, site coordination, or supervision

Takes pride in things being done properly
