Great video on how to work with your horse in hand! When schooling a horse from scratch. Working with them from the ground is the most important step. And as you will see in the video. Never overwork your horse or expect your horse to be perfect. When you get stuck with your horse. Let it forward and start over.

Meet Mercedes

She loves nothing more then rolling in the dust after a good workout and a well deserved shower. It might be a pain in the ass to clean them afterwards but letting them roll relaxes their muscles and mind so who are we to denied them the satisfaction ;)
