2. We require the owners who are waiting for their pets in the waiting area to be QUIET and don’t KNOCK on wind

ows, don’t call for pets, don’t try to LOOK in! If you don't see us, the animals see you and hears everything. It's very distracting!
3. We will not demat dogs that are matted or have pelted coats. These dogs will automatically be clipped short. The dogs which is still can be demat is gonna be charge double price for dematting
4. All dogs must have up to date rabies vaccinations. Please inform us if your pet has stitches or stables as we are unable to groom them. We are also unable to take any dogs with contagious skin issues, disease, fungus, or worms as they are a risk for another dogs and puppies.
5. We have the rights to refuse or not complete a groom should the dog become too aggressive or overly stressed. If necessary, we will use soft muzzles on aggressive dogs. If groom has commenced, we will still charge a grooming fee. All unneutered male dogs, aggressive dogs, very shy/nervous dogs will be crated
6. If you are more than 15 minutes late to drop off, we have all right to reschedule your appointment, If you’re going to be late, please call or text and let us know.
7. We require a minimum of 24 hour's notice for cancellation of an appointment. A fee of up to 50% of the groom may also be added to your next session (depending on circumstances of the short notification). Or also we will charge some fees if you will postpone your appointment over 2 times. Customers who didn't warn us before and didn't come - automatically is gonna be banned from our service.
9. We will do our best to have your pet ready for pick up within a reasonable time. However, things can sometimes be out of our control and your pet may be here a little longer than anticipated. If you do need you dog ready by a particular time, please let us know at drop off and we will endeavor to have him/her ready.
10. We are committed to providing the utmost care while grooming your pet. However, it is possible for pets to receive minor injuries as a result of being groomed (i.e. razor burn, minor cuts or scratches due to sudden movement, etc.) If your pet sustains an injury due to the grooming visit that we are not aware of, you MUST notify us within 24-48 hours.
11. All payments are due at the time of pick up. Price quotes are subject to change if additional issues are identified by the groomer such as coat conditions, presence of mats or fleas and ticks.
