History ; Difficult urination 🤕

Physical Signs ;
Swelling around the inguinal area
( cloaca /urogenital tract) , Obesity , Alopecia under the jaw , normal appetite

Ultrasonographic exam ; no bladder distension and no uroliths ..

Differential diagnosis ; UTI ? Urinary obstruction ? Paracloacal cyst ? Prostatitis or tumors ? Or...🤔
