Well, we’d like to introduce you to Lou, an animal lover who decided to do the training course her school required with us. It was a pure joy to introduce her to our profession, with all its good and bad points, and to show her the reality of what it’s like to look after and take care of living creatures like your furry babies, what it’s like to be a groomer. And when we say a pure joy, we mean because she was willing, diligent, motivated and eager to learn. Now she’s no longer with us and we miss her very much. It was a pleasure to have you with us, Lou!
