🚨 URGENT: Help us find homes for rescued dogs 🐶
Many of you may have seen the news about the 246 dogs that have been taken from the shelter in Uzunu, Romania. These dogs are now in temporary care, but many of them will need new homes very soon.
I would really love to help some of these dogs find safe and loving homes here in Luxembourg. 🇱🇺❤️

După o seară și o zi petrecute în fața adăpostului din Uzunu, administrat de ASPA Ivets, astăzi a avut loc o întâlnire la Consiliul Județean Giurgiu, care a durat mai multe ore.
În urma discuțiilor cu autoritățile, s-a stabilit că cei 246 de câini care trebuie preluați pe bază de mandat și plasați temporar vor putea fi preluați începând de miercuri, 11 martie 2026, pentru o perioadă de 45 de zile.
În acest moment, câinii se află în plasament temporar, iar în următoarele 30 de zile pot fi revendicați de proprietari. Aproximativ 70 dintre ei aparțin doamnei Mevlan.
Din păcate, există posibilitatea ca mulți dintre câini să nu fie revendicați, iar starea medicală în care se află o parte dintre ei este îngrijorătoare și indică o degradare serioasă.
Consiliul Județean Giurgiu a transmis că va sprijini demersurile juridice ale asociațiilor care vor prelua câinii.
Cea mai importantă veste este că, începând de miercuri, câinii de la Uzunu pot începe să fie salvați. Facem un apel către asociațiile care au adăposturi sau posibilitatea de a prelua câini să se alăture acestui efort.
Este încă un efort colectiv al societății civile, așa cm a fost și cel de la Suraia, iar pentru aceste animale nu putem întoarce privirea.
