🇫🇷 POV : on cligne des yeux, on survit au printemps dans un cabinet vétérinaire… et soudain, on est déjà fin juin. 😅

Entre les consultations, les chirurgies, les patients hospitalisés, les e-mails, les appels téléphoniques, l’évolution de l’équipe et les tasses de café froid, notre photo dump de mai s’est un peu perdu en chemin. 🙈

Mieux vaut t**d que jamais… voici quelques souvenirs du mois de mai chez PalleVet. 🐾💕✨

Our Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in creating this experience. Through every phone call, email, appointment, and follow-up, you help build trust and ensure that both pets and their families feel cared for throughout their journey with our practice.

Your role will include:
📞 Answering phone calls and guiding clients
📧 Managing emails and client communication
📅 Scheduling appointments
🩺 Coordinating patient care and follow-ups
📦 Managing orders and administrative tasks

🇫🇷Ce chien n’acceptait pas que l’on regarde ses dents lors des consultations.

Grâce à un entraînement patient réalisé par sa propriétaire à la maison, il nous permet aujourd’hui de soulever ses babines et d’inspecter sa bouche dans le calme et la confiance.

Les soins coopératifs permettent aux animaux de participer activement à leurs soins et de réduire le stress lors des visites vétérinaires.

Un immense bravo à sa propriétaire pour ce magnifique travail d’équipe. ❤️

🇬🇧 This dog previously did not allow dental examinations during veterinary visits.

Thanks to patient training at home by her owner, she now allows us to lift her lips and examine her mouth calmly and comfortably.

Cooperative care helps animals actively participate in their own care and reduces stress during veterinary visits.

A huge congratulations to her owner for this wonderful teamwork. ❤️

🇩🇪Dieser Hund ließ sich bei Tierarztbesuchen früher nicht ins Maul schauen.

Dank geduldigem Training zu Hause durch ihre Besitzerin erlaubt er uns heute, seine Lefzen anzuheben und ihre Zähne ruhig und stressfrei zu kontrollieren.

Kooperative Pflege ermöglicht es Tieren, aktiv an ihrer medizinischen Versorgung teilzunehmen und Stress beim Tierarzt zu reduzieren.

Ein großes Kompliment an ihre Besitzerin für diese tolle Teamarbeit. ❤️
