We are not only expanding our skills and knowledge in clinical practice but also in the scientific world (as you know, two of us are already PhDs 🤓). It is important to understand how scientific research is done, what the methods are, etc., so that later on, you can evaluate papers as effectively as possible. This time, Gabriele jumped into green student suit 🧪 spent a week at the University of Murcia in Spain and gained skills in the scientific field—learning how to correctly take a salivary sample from an equine, a non-invasive and useful tool. 🐎

For two days, we attended lectures by Professor Jean-Marie Denoix on hind limb biomechanics, rehabilitation, and exercises. It was intense, but we are delighted with the knowledge gained. Coming back to horses on Monday!

After a few intense days at the 5th scientific meeting in Cordoba, we are now heading home. We had the opportunity to attend lectures covering essential areas in the routine care of sport horses such as orthopedic work, injections (orthobiologics), training, manual work, physiotherapy modalities, electrolytes, and nutrition. It was a great opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with those whom we have previously worked or learned with. We are looking forward to bringing back valuable knowledge for both ourselves and your horses. 🐎 🥕es

This weekend, Indrė had the incredible opportunity to be the treating vet at the Marttila Endurance Ride CEI1* 100, CEI2* 120 CIM, and CEI3* 140 in Finland! 🐎 Even though the chilly winds reminded her that winter is sneaking up on us ❄️, the event brought back all the best emotions. It’s impossible not to be amazed by the strength and determination of both horses and riders in this sport 💪🏽.

Now she’s headed back to Lithuania, ready to work her magic and help your horses feel their best again! 😍

Dažnai sulaukiame užklausų su prašymu rekomenduoti ar padėti išsirinkti palaikomąją terapinę priemonę (šviesos terapijos gūnią, kojų apsaugas, pakaušio zonoje aplikuojamas priemones ar kita), kurią žirgo savininkas galėtų naudoti namų salygomis kasdieninėje rutinoje. 5th ISELP course down, and Indrė is buzzing with excitement! 🎉 There’s something about biomechanics that never gets old, especially when it comes to understanding how crucial it is for a horse’s balance and well-being.

This time, she dove deep into the distal hind limb and proximal suspensory ligament, and the lightbulb moments just kept coming! 💡 Not to mention, she’s packing some fresh diagnostic imaging skills into her suitcase, ready to bring them back to Lithuania. 📸🇱🇹 Every lecture feels like unlocking a new layer of understanding. 🙌🏻

Horses are such incredible athletes, and knowing how to support their movement with biomechanics and advanced diagnostics is an absolute game changer. 🐎
