This brave little owl was brought to the Clinique Vétérinaire Universitaire des Animaux de Compagnie - ULiège by the wildlife rehabilitation center CREAVES after a car accident. Incidents like this often lead to ocular injuries, particularly affecting the fundus. To ensure the best possible care, the clinic's team conducted a thorough ophthalmic examination, by using TONOVET Plus.

Although TONOVET tonometers do not feature a dedicated avian setting, this hasn't stop veterinarians from successfully using it to measure IOP in a wide range of species. Thanks to the care, the owl made a full recovery and was released back into the wild to continue its adventures!
