එදින සවස පවත්වන Dog fashion show 2023 සදහා ඉල්ලුම් කරන සියලු දෙනා අගෝස්තු මස 20 දිනට පෙර ලියාපදිංචි වීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. එදිනට පවතින තදබදය අවම කිරීමට මෙසේ පෙර ලියාපදිංචිය සිදු කරනු ලැබේ..
ඉක්මනින් මෙම 071-259 1339 whatsapp අංකයට හෝ පෝරමය හරහා පහත ඔබගේ තොරතුරු යොමු කරන්න.
ලියාපදිංචි කොන්දේසි…
1. ලියාපදිංචි වීමට ඔබගේ සුරතලා ( සුනඛයා ) මේ වන විට අවශ්‍ය මුලික එන්නත් කරනයට භාජනය කර තිබිය යුතුය. එදින තරගය සදහා එන්නත් කරන පොත පෙන්වීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
2. ඔබගේ නම ,ලිපිනය සහ ඔබව සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීමට හැකි දුරකථන අංක දෙකක් යොමු කරන්න.
3. ඔබගේ සුරතලාගේ නම, වර්ගය ,වයස සහ අවසන් වරට ලබාගත් ජායාරූපයක් යොමුකරන්න.
4. ලියාපදිංචි වන සියලු දෙනාට අවශ්‍ය තොරතුරු සංවිධායක මණ්ඩලය විසින් පෙර දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ..
5. මේ සදහා ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුවක් අය කරන අතර එදිනට එය ගෙවා තමන්ට හිමි තරග අංකය ලබාගත හැක.
6. ජයග්‍රහණය සදහා 1-2-3 ලෙස පිළිවෙලින් වටිනා ත්‍යාග හිමි වේ.
Colombo Dog Festival 2023, All those applying for the Dog fashion show held on that evening must register before August 20th, 2023. Registration is done in advance for reducing the inconveniences on that day.

Registration conditions.
1. Before you bring your dog on that day, they must have received their basic vaccinations in advance. It's essential to bring your Pet's vaccination record book with you for the competition.

3. Include your pet's name, breed, age and a recent picture of your Pet.
4. All those who register will be notified the details in advance by the organizing committee.
5. A registration fee is charged for this and you will be able to get your token number by paying it on the same day.
