We are honored to welcome Dr. Harsha de Silva as the keynote speaker for the Pinnacle Advanced Toastmasters Club Officer Installation Ceremony 2025–26.

A respected Parliamentarian, Eisenhower Fellow, and accomplished economist, Dr. de Silva is best known as the visionary founder of the 1990 Suwa Seriya Emergency Ambulance Service— an initiative that has saved over 900,000 lives in emergencies across Sri Lanka, built entirely without government funding.

In his keynote titled:

Dr. de Silva will share powerful insights on leadership, innovation, and creating lasting impact against all odds.
