These are our answers to your lies;
You mentioned that you stayed out of sight of your dog while our employee beat him up! In the videos of our security cameras, we will prove that you were with your dog at all time and that you even had a friend with you, itโs also worth mentioning that Paw Spa shower and grooming area is separated from the public (waiting area) by a completely โtransparentโ glass door in order for people to enjoy the shower of their dogs !
The following are the surveillance videos facts !
โข 2:40 pm, Merched, his friend and his dog walk in the spa.
โข 2:44 pm, your dog is being showered by a female employee ! As seen on the cams, You are inside the grooming area with your dog and your friend !
โข 2:49 A male employee gently takes over the shower of the dog to finish the job.
โข 2:58 we asked you very kindly to step behind the transparent door in order for the groomer to continue the blow drying of your dog as he tends to be agitated under your presence.
