Happy Tails wags goodbye!

Despite everything happening in Lebanon, we launched Happy Tails in September 2020. We met the most loving pet parents, the cutest furriends, and amazing genuine people with small businesses such as ours! 🧡

Happy Tails was a little dream for a self taught chef and baker that really wanted to treat the little special ones in our lives, and because of you, it was a dream come true. 🧡 But sadly, and due to traveling reasons, we reached the decision to currently stop operating.

We will keep taking orders till October 31st so you can stock up for your fur babies! 🧡 All our treats last more than 3 months in the fridge and more than 6 months in the freezer.

Hope to meet again elsewhere in the future, or maybe here in Lebanon! 🧡

Please do not stop supporting small businesses and help them grow. 🧡

How Can I Survive My Dog’s Shedding?
While you can’t stop shedding in any dog, there are steps you can take to make it manageable:
1 - Brush your dog regularly!
Not only to capture loose, dead hair but also to distribute natural oils throughout the coat, making it softer and sleeker.

2 - Choose a healthy diet that best supports your dog’s nutritional needs, rich in omega fatty acids and high-quality proteins and always give him access to plenty of fresh water.

3 - Double coated breeds require an undercoat rake once per week - that can get right down to the skin and remove shedding fur and mats hidden underneath.

4 - Bath your dog once every 6 - 8 weeks. It helps remove a lot of loose and dead hair, along with keeping their coat smelling great.

5 - If you notice that your dog is shedding excessively, consult your veterinarian. Unusual shedding patterns, such as hair loss in patches, symmetrical hair loss on certain parts of the body, hair loss accompanied by another skin problem, etc., may indicate a more serious issue. Dogs who suffer from allergies or stress may also shed excessively.
