AmiguruMay 2026 Day 21: Cotton or Chenille?

I love working with cotton - it's a natural fibre and has great stitch definition. I also have a cotton stash that I need to use 😁 though I will occasionally use chenille just to mix things up!

My latest project with are amigurumi sausages, made using 8 ply cotton from one of my go-to cotton yarn brands

If you make this project, please tag and so we can see your projects!

AmiguruMay 2026 Day 18: Hands at work

Featuring my hands crocheting in real time (and surprisingly in the centre of the frame).

Not featured: me not being able to find the stitch when crocheting with chenille 🤣

Anyone's hands get camera shy?

AmiguruMay 2026 Day 14: Mini or Mega

I love making small to medium sized makes. For this prompt, I'm featuring one of my smaller designs - Pebble the Little Bear.

He was designed for the Bendigo Woollen Mills' Gather & Yarn creative weekend held earlier this year.

Swipe to see the Pebbles from some of the lovely ladies who attended my amigurumi workshop - thank you for joining my workshop Yollie, Maria, Angela and Sonia.

If you joined my workshop and have finished your Pebble, I'd love to see him 😍

Pebble the Little Bears pattern is available on and

AmiguruMay 2026 Day 7: Market or collect?

It's mostly collect for me, with all my amigurumi stored safely in plastic tubs 😁

I did attend 2 markets a few years ago so my collection is a bit smaller after some found their forever homes!

My collection is made up of my own designs plus designs from the many talented designers in this community ❤️

AmiguruMay 2026 Day 5: Sun

The perfect little make for today's prompt ☀️

This is a throwback to when I visited HK Disneyland (and I was so lucky to have such good weather that day too!)

AmiguruMay 2026 Day 4: Introduce yourself

One of my favourite prompts of ! I'm looking forward to reading more about old friends and new 😍

I'm running out of new things to share 🤣

🧶I am about to complete my first knitted garment (not counting beanies, socks, mittens or scarves / cowls) - a cardigan. I found the perfect buttons for it
🧶I'm currently watching Will Trent - just finished season 2!
🧶I have been to Japan 7 times. Whenever I return from leave, everyone at work now just assumes I went to Japan 😂 and I always stock up on crochet supplies whenever I'm there!

This photo might not look like much, but it's actually a volcano crater. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather to view the A*o Volcano crater, but it was pretty amazing to visit regardless.

Let me know if we have anything in common!
