Koh Trong Island is a wonderful island in the Mekong River in front of Kratie town. The island is a calm place where you can discover traditional Cambodian culture and nature in a nut shell. You can rent bicycles or mopeds in the guesthouse to go around on the island or swim in the Mekong, but Koh Trong it is also an ideal place for just relaxing. Bicycle trekking tours along the river and trips t

o the famous Mekong Irawadi south water Dolphins can be organized. Arun Mekong is a large wooden construction with 5 double bedrooms in the main house and a large public living area (terraces, large restaurant area nice hut on the river etc.) Additionally we have two separate bungalows for renting. The guesthouse facing the Mekong River is on a 1 ha plot with huge Mango trees and it takes only 5 minutes with a ferry from Kratie and another 10 minutes to reach it with moped or horse-cart (transport can be organized).
