🇰🇪 This lil handsome boy was rescued from the streets by Mici Randagi Watamu Kenya ODV after a traumatic event. He is lucky to have had Dr Willie Mwangi Edwin (the Orthopedic Veterinary Surgeon) fly down to operate on him and he is now fine, walking around, showing off his "revamped" leg😂

🇮🇹 Questo ragazzo è davvero grato all'associazione MICI Randagi Watamu KENYA per aver sostenuto le sue cure, compreso l'intervento di uno specialista di Nairobi per curargli la gamba. Ora cammina e gioca 😃

See this beautiful calico 😍🐾

Sadly, insecurity doesn’t spare animals either. Over the past few months, Watamu and Malindi have experienced attacks by panga- and knife-wielding youths infamously known as “Mawoza.”

A few weeks ago, we received a late evening call from a distressed girl standing at our gate, clutching her terrified cat.

Today, look at her now, safe, healed and looking absolutely beautiful back at home ❤️🏡
