📢 RABIES VACCINATION ALERT – MOMBASA COUNTY

The County Government of Mombasa will be carrying out a free rabies ring vaccination campaign for dogs and cats this week. If you live in the following areas, please make sure to bring your pets for vaccination:

📍 Bungoni Catholic Church
📍 Jomo Kenyatta Beach

📍 Kongowea Primary
📍 Uwanja wa Mbuzi Play Field

🕘 Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

🐶🐱 Pet owners are strongly encouraged to attend.
👉 Dogs must be on a leash
👉 Cats must be brought in secure carriers (strictly no plastic bags or unsafe containers)

KSPCA Mombasa will be supporting this vital public health effort. Let’s protect our pets and communities from rabies – one vaccine at a time!

Please be aware that we have confirmed 2 rabies cases in the following areas:
- Greenwood Drive
- Kengeleni area (Kongowea)

It is crucial to ensure that your pets are up to date on their rabies vaccinations.

Please note that KSPCA is not a veterinary clinic for private pets; we only provide vaccination and treatment for stray and unowned animals. If you need the contact information of a veterinarian for your pet, please contact our office at ±254733728356.

We will also keep you updated on any upcoming rabies vaccination outreaches.
