House of Tengo Our little corner of Kajulu. Farm. CommunityLibrary. Bookshop. We receive no funding from any donors. We are solely self-funded.

We are a small locally run Non- Governmental, Community Organisation in Kenya with an aim of investing in the health, education and well-being of the Community in Kisumu County. We aim to do this through various vocational projects, partnering with local organisations and and community groups to help achieve the above aims. We don't accept monetary donations but instead accept donations in form of time, expertise, knowledge, materials and resources. You can learn more about some of our below.

It's mango season 😋 and they are freely falling from the tree. Plus, no one can climb that huge tree at the moment to pick any, so we just let gravity do its thing. Now, the sheep have also acquired a taste for mangoes, and I find myself having to come to some agreement with them as to how we are going divvy them out 😂😂😂.
