Simply, I just like baking and playing with cake decorating. While I'm still learning I'm always up for a challenge. i will always be grateful.

around 5 years ago i started working part time as a baker in an unusual bakery, this bakery specializes in pets. my boss at my best friend specialty pet bakery decided i had artistic talents and wanted me to start helping her decorate the pet treats. she is the one that got me started on this career path. the art that is involved in baking and decorating has become a great passion of mine. though

i mostly just bake for friends and family, but many of them have started asking me to make a page for to view what i have made.

Sadly my photo box didn't come in, in time for to show the full awesomeness of this cake! I love how it turned out! So happy I didn't loose my skills with the 4 year break I took!

Coconut macaroons!
I don't actually like coconut unless it's fresh. I had to make these for a class then I got to make
my husband taste them for me. He said its like an almond joy without the almond.

Trivets and coffee cup I made to match for my nephew. The wood trivets are from a tree he played on as a child. Sadly his parents had to cut it down a couple years ago but they came up with this amazing idea to keep the memories alive!

Going away plaques for two Recruiters.
Instructions
#1 we want a statue of atlas but as a Hawaiian holding a big coconut instead of the world...a palm tree with a pineapple and a frame to put them in.
#2 we want the rat from ratatouille making a taco on a table, a pull-up bar with a assist pull-up band on it and a frame for this one as well.

Graduation sash’s for my husbands poolee’s while he was on recruiting. First set I did (yellow writing) were embroidered but the second set (red writing) was made during our PCS (move) and I had to use vinyl since my embroidery machine had already been shipped to our new station.

Lesson for my niece. She wanted to make the scriptures with the Oakland temple on it for a cake auction. Making the mold for the temple was a lot of work but was so worth it in the end!
