Reservation priorities for our facility are : 1. PSC into Japan. 2.PSC out of Japan. 3.Medical Emergency. 4.Vacation Hey everyone just a reminder to all families , if you want to have your pet stay with us for vacation please always have a backup sitter for your fur baby incase we have to bump you . Above I have listed the priority reservation reasons and order . We are a quarantine facility first and for most so families moving into and out of Japan do get first pick with us.

Hello everyone! We have made a few changes to our facility along with creating an instagram account. We encourage you to follow and check out our page. We will be posting more with current updates on our facility both here and our instagram page. There has been so many changes happening around our base , we want all the families who move here with their fur babies to have the latest information to help make their transition as smooth as possible. We are still open and here to help our families.

**ATTENTION PET OWNERS**
The Narita Animal Export office is undergoing renovations during the month of March. This office can still conduct export inspections, but they have kindly asked owners to make resvations for their pets in advance for these inspections. Reservations can be made through the normal export notifications point of contact list found on the VTF's PCS Out checklist. Reservations will ensure that they have enough staff available to assist you in a timely fashion. Alternatively, you can conduct your export inspections either at the Fukuoka Airport or Nagaski Airport offices.
