🐾 A Friendly Reminder from Your Iwakuni VTF🐾

Lately, we’ve noticed an increase in missed appointments, and we want to take a moment to remind everyone just how important your scheduled time is. Our appointment slots are limited, and every no-show takes away the opportunity for another pet to receive care.

If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 business hours in advance so we can offer that spot to another family.

We understand that things come up, but communication goes a long way in helping us care for as many pets as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support as we serve both the MCAS Iwakuni community and our Military Working Dog mission.

Good Morning Iwakuni!!

Just a friendly reminder we will be closed the following days: Tuesday, 30 septbember - To conduct our end of month training and inventory. We will resume normal business hours Wednesday, 1 October. Please be advised that requested medications that are not picked-up prior to our closure will be put back into circulation and a new medication refill request will need to be submitted.

As a reminder, we are not an Emergency Veterinary Facility. Due to our minimal staffing and our primary Mission, we are not able or available to offer after-hour care or emergency veterinary services to any of the Privately Owned Animals aboard the installation. Please establish an after-hour and emergency pet care plan with an off-base Veterinarian. Great news! We have a couple of openings in October for spay/neuter procedures. If you have a cat or dog who's at least 6 months old, give us a call to book their appointment! Spots are limited, so it's first come, first served. 🐶🐱
