Dog-Friendly Cake (No Applesauce, No Peanut Butter)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin purée, yogurt, and coconut oil.
3. Add the flour (and baking powder if using) and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan or muffin tin.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool completely before frosting with plain yogurt if desired.
