كرتون لتصدير المنتجات الزراعية
The Jordanian-Palestinian Company intends to contract for the purchase of corrugated cartons for packing pepper products destined for European markets, in accordance with the following specifications:
1) Quantity
• Total required: 250,000 to 300,000 cartons.
2) Designs & Printing
• Three (3) different carton designs.
• Four-color flexographic printing (flexo print) for company logo and export labeling.
3) Outer Liner Color
• Approximately 80% of the orders have a white outer liner (White Kraft).
4) Approved Technical Specifications
• Dimensions: 40 × 30 × 21 cm
• Construction: Double wall — BC flute
• Board grade: K150 / S140 / K150 / S140 / K150
• Intended use: Packing fresh peppers — net weight per carton: 5 kg
• Cold storage conditions: 14 days at 7 °C and 90-95% RH
• Palletization/stacking: 110 cartons per pallet, arranged 10 cartons on the base, stacked up to 11 cartons in height
• Printing: Company logo and export labeling with four-color flexo print
5) Delivery Window
• Deliveries to be made throughout the season from 15 November 2025 until 1 April 2026, according to an agreed delivery schedule.
6) Submission Requirements
Interested manufacturers and suppliers are requested to submit priced offers meeting the above specifications no later than Sunday, 21 September 2025, by email to [email protected].
Each offer must include:
• The approved Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the proposed carton.
• Compression test reports (ECT and BCT).
Note: The Company will inspect and test samples from every incoming shipment to verify full compliance with the specified requirements.
The cost of the advertisement will be charged to the bidder awarded the tender .
ترغب الشركة الأردنية الفلسطينية في التعاقد على شراء كمية كرتون لغايات تعبئة منتجات الفلفل للتصدير إلى الأسواق الأوروبية وفقا للمواصفات التالية:
1- عدد الكراتين المطلوبة من 250,000 الى 300,000 كرتونة
2- سيكون الكرتون من ثلاثة تصاميم مختلفة طباعة اربع لون فليكس (Flex print)
3- سيكون 80% من الكرتون الطبقة الخارجية لون ابيض (White kraft)
4- المواصفات الفنية المعتمدة للكرتون كما يلي:
• الأبعاد: 40 x 30 x 21 cm
• Type: Double Wall – BC Flute
• مواصفات الورق : K150 / S140 / K150 / S140 / K150
• الاستخدام لتعبئة الفلفل وزن صافي من 5-6 كغم
• الشحن والتبريد: شحن لمدة 14 يوم على درجة حرارة 7 درجات مئوية ورطوبة من 90-95%.
• الترصيص: سيتم تحميل الكرتون على طبالي كل طبلية تحمل في القاعدة 10 كراتين على ارتفاع 11 كرتونة.
• الطباعة: 4 لون، طباعة فليكس
5- سيكون التوريد خلال الموسم من 15/11/2025 ولغاية 1/4/2026 وفق جدول توريد محدد.
على الشركات الراغبة بتقديم عروض أسعار وفق المواصفات المطلوبة ارسال عروض الأسعار في موعد أقصاه يوم الاحد الموافق 21/09/2025، على ايميل الشركة ([email protected]) مع ارسال ال صفحة المواصفات الفنية للكرتون وفحص (ECT, BCT). علما بأن الشركة ستقوم بفحص عينات من كل شحنة كرتون واصلة لمطابقتها مع المواصفات المطلوبة
