I’m Lula, and I’ve got something to wag my tail about 🐕

When we’re out exploring Jersey’s special places, let’s keep them as stunning as they are 💖

Cleaning up after me isn’t just polite, it keeps the countryside safe, clean, and pawsome for everyone.

Bag it. Bin it. 💩

A big thank you to The Wild Poo Project and for my superdooper pooper holder!
I am mightily impressed, and feel that any poops that may have been in the area I was walking in today, today did a (slow) dash orf into the distance at the mere thought of being caught and deposited into this beautiful plop holder.

Ok, maybe that was a bit OTT, but I didn’t spot a single abandoned country pile after I had whipped out my smashing new bag! 🙌🙌🐾🐾

The Wild Poo Project
I wasn’t going to post today, but after picking up 15 extra ploompa lumpas (14wild and 1 pre-bagged semi escapoo) from the lanes around Gorey, I am peeved. That’s about 1 every 10 minutes - ridiculous! 🤬😡😠

2 wildlings were in the middle of the pavement 🤬
And I got some strange looks as I put my shopping down, whipped out a poo bag and scooped them up, before picking up my shopping and continuing on my way.

It’s a 💩 jobbie, but I couldn’t walk past and leave them!

The Wild Poo Project
12 - 18 Jan
31 country piles captured in Grouville and St Saviour
14 bagged dollops of doggo doings removed from the lanes and byways in the same parishes, (including 6 bags of plop, 3 of which the lazy 🤬pooper scooper couldn’t be bothered to tie closed, from inside a tussock of pampas grass near the house called ‘The Rough’, on the Links track)😡😠😡🤬

I have only been back in Grouville for a few hours, and I am dismayed to see the number of wildlings that have been abandoned on grass areas, footpaths and other areas that are heavily used by walkers, cyclists and now that the school term has started, children.

The Wild Poo Project - I scooped 9 on the short section between the junction at the Royal Jersey Golf Club, east to the first bin adjacent to the small car park, (red on the map); then found another 9 on the track that runs alongside the fairway, (purple on the map). That is only 500m.

Silly me for expecting these busy areas to be relatively clean. This gorgeous girl asked me to pass on a message…PEOPLE - PICK UP AFTER YOUR PLUPPING POOCHES!!! 😖😠😡🤬🤯

My gast is totally flabbered! 😩😤😡

I am disgusted at the state of our public open areas in terms of the amount of dog 💩 that has been left lying about by irresponsible dog walkers.

Tourists wouldn’t be too far off point by concluding that this island has gone to sh*t.

29th 114,
Yes, that is correct, one hundred and fourteen wildlings, including 4 dog logs that were dropped in places that I had already cleared an hour earlier. 3 rolls of bags and three trips to bins to deposit collected dollops of doodoo. Appalling!😠😤😡🤬

I cleared 60 (+4 fresh dog logs) from a short section (around 200m) of path from the small car park, adjacent to the race course, on the way to Grosnez, see photo.

So much for a lovely morning walk with the pups I’ve been sitting over Xmas!

Unbef*ckinglievable!!!🤬🤬

I don’t know what is going on at the moment, but the island seems to be suffering a poonami.

Dollops of doodoo in places where there shouldn’t be any. I scooped 11 wildlings from private property near White Rock today. None of which were produced by the pups that live on the property! The Wild Poo Project

I’ve noticed over the past 6 months or so, that there have been signs of more foot and paw traffic in certain areas of this property than there should be. This is private property and the owners have very clear signs up.

There appears to be quite a lot of damage where dogs are scrambling up steep banks and paths. It is appalling to see, and this is an area where there are ancient pathways and Neolithic/ Iron age features.

Irresponsible behaviour by people who just don’t give a sh*t. It really p*sses me off!
