The weather is going to be hot again
Please take care with animals,

-Leave shallow bowls of water for wildlife.
-Regularly check and provide shade for birds in aviaries (ensure water is topped up)
-regularly check and provide shade for Rabbits/guinea pigs in outside enclosures (ensure water is topped up)

🐾 Remember the 5 second rule
If you can’t place the back of your hand on the pavement for 5 seconds then it’s too hot for your dogs feet.

🐾Extra care for breeds with shortened and flatter faces.

Yet another hedgehog put to sleep today with a slashed nose, otherwise unharmed. There are so many casualties this year please check before you chop.

Can't take him to the beach for a walk because he bothers you and messes with the holiday... I'm not allowed to rent a house if I have a dog, and I can't take him.
However, I can take him to the rubble to find you after an earthquake, in the woods after you get lost in the mountains and you didn't have neither map nor gps; under snow because you made a detour not allowed off track; in the water because, despite the red flag, you have entered the sea and your life is in danger! And finally ....
He's just a dog, but he will find you.
And he will save you!!"
