Meet Linh Kimi Linh Kimi 🇻🇳 — international groomer, educator, mentor, and CEO & Founder of KIMI PET Grooming International Academy, and a proud member of the GCGA Asia Chapter. 🇻🇳✨

Linh’s journey into the world of professional grooming began in 2013 with a simple birthday gift: a dog that would unknowingly change the course of her life. What started as a personal experience soon became a passion that would lead Linh to pursue professional grooming education in Beijing before returning to Vietnam to build her own career.

With determination and a willingness to take a leap of faith, Linh opened her first salon with the help of a high-interest loan — and successfully repaid the debt within just two years. Today, she has grown her vision into three salons and two academies, creating opportunities for groomers to learn, grow, and pursue their own careers in the industry.

As an educator and mentor, Linh has trained more than 3,000 students and regularly organizes and teaches at international seminars and grooming events. Her areas of expertise span creative grooming, show trimming and pure breeds, K-Grooming, education, and mentorship.

Her competitive career has taken her across Asia, earning championship titles and top awards in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, including Best in Show, Best All-Round Groomer, and Best in K-Grooming.

Beyond her own achievements, Linh is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping the next generation of groomers develop their skills, confidence, and creativity. Through her academies, seminars, and mentorship, she continues to make an impact on the grooming community both in Vietnam and internationally.

Meet Oksana Novikova ✂Стрижка собак, грумінг котів -creative groomer, artist, and proud member of the GCGA European Chapter.

Based in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Oksana’s journey into grooming began unexpectedly. At 38, following a major turning point in her life, she set out to discover a new direction for herself. Her initial goal was to open a pet salon, leading her to enroll in hands-on grooming training for small and medium-sized dogs and cats.

What began as a practical step quickly became a passion for creative expression. Oksana began experimenting with grooming, coat coloring, and decorative design, eventually pursuing further education in creative coloring and artistic coat design.

Since 2018, Oksana has been dedicated to creative grooming, transforming coats into expressive works of art while continuing to explore and develop her own artistic voice.

Today, Oksana is part of the GCGA European Chapter, contributing her creativity and passion to a growing international community of artists and groomers shaping the future of creative grooming.

This series exists to recognize GCGA members like Oksana who continue to push creative boundaries and inspire others through artistry, dedication, and innovation.

For more than 15 years, Conrado has been transforming grooming into a true art form. Inspired by the precision of Asian fusion grooming, he combines technical mastery with imagination, using shapes, colors, and textures to tell a unique story through every groom.

Beyond his own artistic achievements, Conrado is passionate about helping others grow. As a GCGA Masters Den Seal Educator, he offers structured educational programs that allow students to earn recognized GCGA Seals while advancing their skills and building lasting professional credentials.
