Come nasce un test genetico per una specifica razza e perché è importante testare i nostri cani?
Qui c’è la storia del test per la PRA-rcd4 dei Setter Gordon e credo sia interessante per chiunque ami questa razza.
Il test è disponibile da marzo 2011 e personalmente ho iniziato a testare tutti i miei cani da giugno 2011 (il mitico Lancelot è stato il primo).

This month it is the turn of the Gordon Setter, a breed community that we worked closely with back at the AHT when we found their PRA mutation and have been a major support to us every since.
