Upcycling was created with the goal of reversing the course of waste in fashion. The founder and designer (Andreina Quiroga), after years in the made in Italy fashion chain, decided to take action and give a creative and concrete response to a market that speaks to us of only blind and unconscious consumption.

Upcycling's strength is to be completely zero-waste while maintaining very high quality.
From reclaimed materials to handmade tailoring, every part of the creative process is supervised by the designer to shape handmade, conscious, unique pieces.

New member of our community Eduardo Loreto is a Venezuelan designer, who has developed his career in the Basque Country.

From the lab to the catwalk, Eduardo Loreto explores technology, textiles and biology, creating new ways of designing while being conscious of the environment and workers’ rights. He creates designs on demand without overproduction or creating easy-to-use systems.

New member of our community from Valencia, DG Arquitecto Valencia is an architecture and interior design studio specialising in new build projects, renovations, interior design and refurbishment.

👉🏻Discover in our platform new ways of mediterranean know-how projects like Casa Ave 7 by DG Estudio; renovating a late 19th century home, located in a historic building in Valencia’s central La Seu district, was the great challenge that DG Estudio faced in this project.

Casa Ave 7 is a unique space in the city of Valencia where marble floors, Nolla flooring, wooden panelling and plaster ceilings with more than 100 years of history have been preserved.

New member of our community, from Costa Rica by Natalia Phillips, is a high quality glass art and design studio. Glassmateria represents an atmosphere of creativity and environmentally responsible experimentation that develops ideas for a range of large and small scale decoration for indoor use and personal accessories.
Through glass, Natalia explores her most recurrent concerns related to the constructive value of architecture, the fabric of textiles, and abstract painting. Her great fascination for simple lines and geometric shapes is hand-printed on each piece, reflecting attention to detail at each stage of the process.

Silvia Lagunas digital and graphic artist from Zaragoza (Spain), member of our community and the creator of “The Power of Light" a series of 9 fashion illustrations based on the idea of image blending generated by simply letting light pass through two. The reinterpretation of this concept gives rise to Studio Prannus from Mexico as a design firm that, based on its meaning, seeks to inspire and generate innovative concepts that go beyond aesthetics where the user lives a transcendental experience in the object-user-space interaction.

Mimicry is a biological phenomenon of superficial resemblance that confers an advantage for two or more species, a “kind” of camouflage, as a protection against predation. In many cases, the organisms involved belong to the same class, order, or even family, but numerous instances are known of plants mimicking animals and vice versa.

🤍 Would you like to eat in the centre of Barcelona but still feel like you're in the Costa Brava? Now you can do it so at the restaurant , inspired by the village of Cadaqués, its cobbled streets, its blue hues and its boats in the bay, this new restaurant in Barcelona aims to take the gastronomic experience of the Catalan capital to a sensory practice.

The source of inspiration does not only come from the town that Dalí fell in love with, but is an extension of Compartir Cadaqués, the first restaurant of the Disfrutar trio of chefs, located in the coastal town on the Costa Brava.

Today we present LaPatry Cruz member of our community from Ciudad Real (Spain), an interior designer, graphic designer, advertising and digital artist.

Her professional career has focused on illustration and mixed collage (a combination of digital and analogue) and all her pieces contain recycled paper cut out and glued by hand.

Patricia Cruz uses vintage elements such as old photographs, worn textures and elements of nature 🌿 that fit with the human figure.

Her project focuses on our relationships with others, our place in the world and our positioning and claim within society.

He has particípate in exhibitions in Spain, UK, Ecuador, Brazil and Mexico.

As a cover artist he has worked for publishers such as Ondina, Barrett and La Navaja Suiza.
