We were so sad to learn that 'our Aggie' had suddenly become ill and even sadder that she has now passed away.
She was a tremendous character. And from the moment we picked her up on a long trip to Fano in Italy, we knew we were in for a ride.
Granddaughter of It Ch Poldo and G Granddaughter of the magnificent Ch Absolute Zorro, she had a glittering pedigree.
Her breeders Stefano Montesi and Roberta Giulini did a fabulous job raising the litter and Aggie was cheerful and funny and we knew we had her!
She got on with everyone and everydog and nothing fazed her. She took everything in her stride.
Lightly shown, she non the less won a RCC and was Best Veteran at Crufts, piloted by Jackie Carr Jones.
After Jackie and David lost Siena at such a young age, Aggie joined them to hopefully mend a hole in their hearts. By then she was mostly sensible and was a brilliant mentor to their young dog Cyrus.
Aggie lived out her twilight years as an Essex Girl, and we are truly thankful to Jackie and David for opening their hearts and giving her so much love. They have been wonderful with her, and we are so grateful. We know that losing Aggie has been very painful and they are very much in our thoughts.
Goodnight sweet girl. We have always missed you and hope that you catch up with Bernie and Zeppelin - your partners in crime, and Pia our other Italian Diva. Until we meet again 💔
