Marco really hit it out of the park with helping us get our dog, Moose, here to Vicenza!
His paperwork was not handled properly that lead to him being stuck in Frankfurt, Germany without any sign of moving forward in this move. I called Marco panicking but he came to the rescue and took care of everything! I gave him our back up documents and he sent them off to Germany in hopes Moose would be able to get on the next flight out. They received the docs at 9 am the next morning and they booked Moose for the next flight out which was today, 3/27, since all the flights on 3/26 were completely full. He texted me updates as everything got figured out.
Marco went to the airport when Moose arrived in Venice and cleared out customs for us AND even delivered Moose to us on base! He sent me updates/pictures the second he got Moose through customs which was super nice as well.
Marco really went above and beyond for us and is the only reason Moose is here now as he had connections in the cargo world and really helped us out and expedited the whole document issue! He even went out of his way with driving us to base from the airport when we were trying to figure out what to do about the documents being lost. He didn't need to do that but my husband and I were beyond thankful for his kindness in the middle of the chaos as we are waiting for our car to be shipped from the states.
Cannot recommend Marco more! Save your sanity and contact him for all your animal transportation needs!
Moose is now getting settled while we wash his bedding and blankets and he's doing well, I'm one happy dog mama 🫶🏻
