Left alone on the burning roads at 2 PM,
this tiny kitten was just seconds away from becoming another unnoticed tragedy.
Hungry, dehydrated, and terrified, she kept walking through traffic searching for survival… until help arrived just in time.

She is now safe with us, receiving care, food, and love at our shelter.
Sometimes all it takes is one act of compassion to change a life forever.

Please never ignore animals suffering on the streets.
Be the reason they survive.

They said the parrot could predict your future…

But nobody spoke about the future that was stolen from the bird itself.

Captured from forests.
Locked inside tiny cages.
Feathers painfully removed.
Forced to live a life of fear just for human entertainment and superstition.

Since 1996, VSPCA has been fighting to end this hidden cruelty in Visakhapatnam and rescue innocent parrots from exploitation.

A bird born to fly freely across the sky should never spend its life inside a cage.

If you ever witness wildlife cruelty like this, please speak up.
Your voice could save a life.

Some cruelties happen silently… hidden from society, unnoticed by most people.

Recently near Kurmannapalem, a cat was rescued after individuals were caught red-handed by animal lovers and the VSPCA
team. Investigations revealed disturbing links to illegal hunting and supply of cats for consumption.

For years, VSPCA has worked to stop poaching, smuggling, and cruelty against innocent animals. Yet incidents like this remind us that these acts still continue in the shadows.

This is not just about one cat.
This is about awareness.
This is about humanity.
This is about speaking for lives that cannot speak for themselves.

If you witness animal cruelty, do not stay silent.

Animals deserve protection, not torture.

Rescued from Lawsons Bay Colony, Post Office Lane after information was received from local residents.

According to the people in the area, this innocent dog had been suffering on the streets for the past 4 days. Though food and water were being provided, the dog was unable to eat because of the severe pain and infection.

During the rescue and veterinary examination, our team discovered a massive maggot infestation on the head, face, and even inside the mouth. The condition was extremely painful and life-threatening.

The dog is now under continuous observation and intensive care at our shelter. Our veterinary team is working tirelessly, cleaning the wounds, providing medication, and doing everything possible to save this innocent life.

Cases like these remind us of the harsh reality faced by many street animals who silently suffer without help. Timely intervention and compassion can make a huge difference in saving lives.

Hoping for a healthy recovery for this innocent soul.

On Mother’s Day, a mother cat lost her life while carrying her five little children across the railway tracks in the Port Area.

In that tragic moment, the mother and three of her babies died while trying to cross the lines. The incident deeply moved everyone and divided the family forever.

The CISF personnel came to our office requesting us to save the remaining kittens. These two beautiful souls are now safe with us.

They will soon be shifted to our shelter for further treatment, care, and recovery. In a few days, they will also be ready for adoption.

A mother’s love knows no boundaries — even in her final moments, she was trying to protect and carry her babies to safety.

A mother separated from her child…
only so humanity can take her milk.

After our own mother, the cow is often called the second mother for nourishing humanity for generations. From milk for children and families, to helping farmers in villages, supporting agriculture through organic fertilizers, and even contributing to traditional Ayurvedic practices… cows have silently served human life in countless ways.

They are worshiped, protected under the Constitution of India and animal welfare laws, and considered sacred beings in our culture. Yet countless cows today face abandonment, hunger, plastic consumption, illegal transport, cruel animal shandies, and finally end up half dead in illegal slaughterhouses.

After years of giving everything to humanity, many are left wandering on roads searching for food among garbage and plastic waste. Unable to separate food from plastic, they slowly suffer in silence.

This reel is not just about one cow.
It reflects the painful reality faced by countless voiceless animals every day.

Please do not throw food in plastic covers.
Dispose waste responsibly.
Show compassion to the beings who spent their lives serving humanity.

Respect every mother.
Even the voiceless ones.

We are hoping for a safe recovery and a second chance at life for this brave soul.

From Roadside Pain to a Second Chance at Life:
-----------------------------------------------------

We rescued this innocent dog from a busy junction (Convenient, Vizag) after a terrible accident. The poor soul was lying on the roadside severely injured, extremely weak, and completely malnourished. For four long days, the dog suffered without food, water, or medical care.

We received a rescue call and immediately rushed to the spot. With great care, our team from VSPCA provided water and food and safely shifted the dog to our shelter.

Now, this brave survivor is finally under protection, receiving treatment, love, and care. The road to recovery is long, but hope has begun.
