🐱 Meet Aai — She Needs Your Help 💔

Aai, a gentle and loving cat, was found yesterday with a severe uterine prolapse. 😿

We rushed her to the vet, where her _uterus was found to be swollen and injured from being exposed_. It was carefully pushed back in, but there’s a high chance it may come out again. If that happens, she will need an emergency surgery to remove it and save her life.

She’s extremely weak, barely eating, and breathing heavily. Her condition is critical and she needs urgent care and close monitoring.

We are raising ₹15,000 to cover her surgery, treatment, and recovery care.

Our Brave Girl Sonia Is Finally Home!🏠🥺

From being critically ill to wagging her tail back home, our strong girl Sonia has finally been released! After days of worry, care, and saline, she’s back on her paws and ready to embrace life again. Her recovery is nothing short of a miracle, and her spirit never gave up. Thank you to everyone who donated, sent love, and sent positive energy her way, it truly made a difference. Sonia’s journey is a reminder that healing is possible, and brighter days do come. 💗

Shelter Repair Update for Monsoon🛠️🌧️

Thanks to your support, we’ve already made some crucial repairs at Freedom Farm, our shelter for 85+ rescued animals:
✅ Repaired damaged boundary walls
✅ Built a dedicated drainage system to prevent waterlogging
✅ Repaired a few damaged cages
✅ Created a proper passageway for animals to move safely

But our work isn’t over yet.

We still need to:
🔧 Repair the remaining cages
🏠 Make the entire shelter waterproof to protect our animals from heavy rains and dampness

💰So far, we’ve raised ₹37,000 out of our ₹4,00,000 target. The Bills for the current repair is also due.

HELP US SHIELD OUR SHELTER THIS MONSOON ⛈️

As the skies darken and the monsoon clouds gather, our hearts grow heavy with worry.
Freedom Farm, the shelter run by Citizens for Animal Protection Foundation, is home to 85+ rescued animals each one a life saved from neglect, cruelty, or abandonment.

But this monsoon threatens their safety. ⛈️

Our shelter is in urgent need of critical repairs and upgrades to withstand the heavy rains:

- Waterproofing of sheet roofs to prevent leaks
- Construction of dedicated drainage to stop waterlogging
- Repairing damaged walls to protect sick, injured, and recovering animals

These aren’t just renovations, they’re life-saving measures. Animals recovering from surgeries, trauma, or long-term illness cannot endure damp floors, flooded kennels, or cold winds.

We urgently need ₹4,00,000 to carry out these essential monsoon-proofing works before the rains begin in full swing.

🚨URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR VENICE🐾

Venice, a gentle and trusting male cat, was found on the streets of Airoli, weak, and in pain. Although Airoli falls outside our regular area of operations, we couldn’t turn our backs when his case was reported. Our team responded immediately, ensuring he received urgent medical care.

💔 The vets suspect that Venice was caught in a violent fight, which has left his testicles severely injured. The damage is extensive, and he now requires an emergency surgery to remove them and relieve his pain.

🌸Sonia Needs Us — Her Life Hangs in the Balance🌸

Sonia, an elderly street dog, was found barely able to move; pale gums, cold ears, and dangerously low energy. Vets discovered severe anemia, a maggot wound on her foot, and a body covered in ticks.

She’s now under urgent care, but her condition is critical. Her red blood cell count is dangerously low, and she needs continued treatment to survive.
