Baby Pug with Paralysis Needs Care or Foster

This little pug with a disability needs someone to care for or even a temporary foster, please 🥹

He has changed owners twice, and both times, nobody truly cared for this little pug with a disability. People argue about why they would sell a dog with a handicap!

Someone took him for medical treatment, left him at the clinic, and never came back to get him. For many, that was already a privilege for a disabled dog with no chance of returning to normal 🥹

But for this pug, he doesn't know much, he just doesn't understand who will truly love him, take care of him, and play with him 😔

Just a few days after he was brought to the Agricultural Acupuncture Association, he was diagnosed with Parvo. The doctors tried their best to treat him to keep him alive, but his hind legs remained paralyzed permanently.

So, the clinic sent him to us, temporarily housed in the room with other volunteer caregivers and other disabled puppies. It's the best we have at the moment to ensure his safety since he isn't eligible for vaccinations yet. We're facing an overwhelming situation, and our shelter expansion is progressing very slowly due to severe shortages.

We can only hope that someone with enough love in their heart will welcome him into their care, a gentle and understanding pup. So he won't have to witness the sadness reflected in those eyes but instead see a smile, joy, and overflowing happiness.

Please, if you can help us, especially this poor little pug, our beloved friends, lend us a hand in caring for him.

Receiving a Little Kitten

A tiny, emaciated little kitten was found abandoned, left to fend for itself by its owner who showed no interest in its well-being and didn't want to provide any care. Luckily, a passerby noticed the kitten and posted a plea for help. May, a close friend of NPLB, saw the post and informed us. NPLB's team immediately contacted the owner and took the kitten to be examined at the Family Veterinary Clinic.

The kitten was suffering from an infection, extreme weakness, and malnutrition due to neglect. Its tiny body was in critical condition, and if we had delayed any longer, the chances of survival would have been very low. Fortunately, the doctors at the Family Veterinary Clinic were able to rescue and nurse the kitten back to health. Currently, the kitten is being cared for at NPLB while we wait for a new forever home.

NPLB sincerely thanks the Family Veterinary Clinic for their enthusiastic support at a greatly discounted cost. NPLB also extends heartfelt gratitude to May. While you covered all the expenses, NPLB's role was to assist in rescuing the kitten and getting it to the clinic, as well as providing care until a new family is found. We hope the kitten recovers quickly, grows strong and beautiful, and finds a loving forever home soon.

Despite our best efforts to provide veterinary care independently, our current circumstances require us to rely on modern and professional veterinary services. We hope to receive your support in alleviating some of the financial burden incurred at these modern veterinary clinics that have treated our animals.

We urgently need support to supplement food, provisions, and heating lamps, as winter is almost upon us!

The shared home of these animals is becoming more crowded with each passing day, as they get lost and are abandoned by people more and more frequently.

Over time, only the older, disabled dogs and cats remain here, carrying with them a sense of distrust, resistance for various reasons that have eroded their trust in humans. As time goes by, the number of these animals continues to rise, and we need to regularly maintain a large supply of food, provisions, medications, and consumables for their daily care.

Although we are making every effort to balance and make choices to reduce the burden in the community-supported circumstances, our dogs and cats still face certain difficulties. Therefore, we still heavily rely on the community's support and collective efforts to continue our operations and care for the animals at the shared home.

We are implementing the most practical solutions, such as continually improving the veterinary department at NPLB to reduce monthly treatment costs, enhancing proactive and timely care to provide a safer environment for the animals. We aim to create better living conditions for them, helping them integrate faster and become less aggressive, increasing their chances of being adopted.

However, during this period, we still greatly need support from the community.

Thank you for taking me out of that wretched hell!

This is the expression of a dog rescued by a group of kind-hearted young people who tirelessly searched for the lost dog of a family that had been rescued from a slaughterhouse.

She is grateful, with the most sincere and genuine expression, everyone! And perhaps, we can only find such unadulterated sincerity from these amazing dogs!

This little dog is now returning to a happier and safer life at the shared home of NPLB, waiting for something good to come her way. We hope she will soon find a forever home to leave this temporary shelter as soon as possible, as only then can she truly experience complete happiness.

There was a mother dog who collapsed from hunger and thirst in a cold, desolate cemetery, and there were 10 newborn puppies there, desperately in need of milk.

The mother dog had been tied up and left in the cold and desolation of the cemetery, unable to endure the conditions. She had to leave her puppies far behind, and for her, the world must have seemed like a place of darkness and misery...

Only 10 tiny newborn puppies were left, hungry for their mother's milk, and they emitted sounds that sounded like cries for help 😔.

A kind-hearted girl waited and waited, but she didn't see the skinny mother dog from the neighboring restaurant come over for food like she did every day. When she asked around, she learned that the mother dog had already passed away. We've wished for more time, but it's not just about wishing; it's about continuing to care, isn't it?!

Once again, we are putting in more effort to prepare for the battle against the freezing cold winds, trying to shield those cold, biting chills from reaching the vulnerable bodies and homes of the dogs and cats who have once carried diseases, suffered endlessly during the fungal outbreak, and are still in need of sufficient food and supplies.

The cold makes them more susceptible to illness, the cold makes them suffer from hunger even more, and the cold makes the daily care and hygiene of these furry friends more challenging for the staff and volunteers.

Please consider adopting these dogs if you can!

The dogs at the shared home, NPLB, have come to see it as a family, but we cannot provide them with a real family. We can only offer them temporary shelter in situations where they face imminent danger 🥺.

Nearly a year has passed, and we named this group of dogs the "Care" group because when they were brought here almost a year ago, many of the dogs rescued by a kind-hearted family were suffering from a terrible disease associated with any dog named "Care"! It's a disease caused by a virus that is extremely common among dogs saved from slaughterhouses

In those places, no one cares about disease prevention, disinfection, or checks on the health of the animals they are about to slaughter! Many of the dogs couldn't overcome illness, physical and mental exhaustion... Some carry lasting effects and psychological trauma. Like many other grassroot dogs brought to the shared home of nearly 400 dogs at NPLB, they live here as a big family.

We are taking care of many dogs like this. They come from slaughterhouses, get lost, wander, or are abandoned without anyone caring anymore...

The small-sized dogs that are easier to handle and suitable for the tight living spaces of families in the cities have found opportunities for adoption. Only the larger ones, harder to approach, continue to live in the enclosures built by the community. But that's still just a temporary shelter - not a real family in the true sense of the phrase 😔.

Many of these dogs were once loved, once loved and loyal to someone... And now, they still long for love and want to give their love to someone, all of you!

We still have many, many dogs in this shared home. More than half of them are perfectly healthy, have been fully vaccinated, and every day, every hour, they eagerly await a real family with eyes full of yearning whenever people from the community come to visit.

Please come to visit, create a connection, consider adopting if you are looking to welcome a four-legged family member into your loving family - these dogs are being cared for and patiently waiting at NPLB, as well as at rescue shelters for dogs and cats across the country.

The changing weather is causing continuous health issues for the children. Some are losing their appetite, some are experiencing digestive problems, and others are feeling weak. It's very difficult to pinpoint the exact cause, despite the doctors at the facility monitoring them day and night. In reality, with this weather, even adults are susceptible to various illnesses, so these little ones seem to be no exception. Just yesterday, they were full of energy, playing and biting each other, but today, they seem weak and upset 😕. Our fellow volunteers who take care of them must be going through a lot with over 400 of these kids. Every way you turn, you discover various issues.

I wonder if it's due to the rainy and flooding conditions everywhere that rice prices have gone up so much 🙁. Rice is expensive, meat is expensive, vegetables are expensive, but we still need to provide balanced meals for the children. We try to maintain two servings of fresh food and one serving of rice every day. Because of the recent fungal outbreak, many of the kids have become undernourished, so it's crucial to improve their physical health. However, due to the current urgent situation, we are facing difficulties in sustaining this effort.

👉 We sincerely hope that everyone can come together to support and help us. We can provide the contact information for rice and meat sellers in the vicinity of the facility to reduce shipping costs. It would also be wonderful if you could bring supplies directly to the facility and visit the children in person.

Once again, there are lost dogs roaming the streets 😢

On the night of September 30th, an old dog was wandering aimlessly and almost wandered onto the road. Its eyes were dim, showing signs of confusion... With the help of a kind-hearted mother and child, who stood guard and waited for nearly an hour, we managed to bring the dog to safety. After receiving active care for a day, it started eating again, though it's quite old and perhaps got lost while wandering and forgot its way back.

On October 11th, a black poodle was found standing with a limping leg by Kelly. She carried the dog and asked around, but no one claimed it. She couldn't send it to an agency due to work commitments and couldn't provide care, so she sent it to the shelter in hopes of reuniting it with its old family.

On the evening of October 11th, a black dog was wandering since late afternoon Mrs Jane observing and trying to approach it. The dog was quite friendly and approached strangers with enthusiasm. After verifying that there was no information about the dog's owner in the vicinity, with the dedicated help of her, we waited for three hours to ensure its safety before attempting to find its old owner.

Currently, with over 400 dogs and cats still "stuck" at the communal home of NPLB, we are facing numerous challenges in maintaining daily food supplies for these animals in the midst of a rapidly spreading ringworm epidemic. We greatly need the support of the community, both in terms of manpower to help us care for and clean the living area better, as well as additional food supplies, especially liver and kidney support medications, as well as effective medications for treating fungal infections and skin inflammations.

Our newest member is a tiny, little fox, born with a disability and abandoned. We welcomed them when they were trembling and their limbs were twisted, unable to stand on their own. Their eyes shimmered with the longing to live, to breathe fresh air, to greet the sunlight at every dawn breaking on the horizon.

On another note, a few of our companions have found new homes, but let's try to make room for one more, as this little one requires special care and attention amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Where did the rice, grains, and medicines go again?

Rescue work for these little ones is like this, with no rule that can conquer the determination of any volunteer. Just a little effort, and then more, and more... That's why every station, every group is overwhelmed and filled with daily worries. Nonetheless, being able to provide a chance for these small pups to live without solitude, waiting in some corner for the end, is already a joy and happiness.

As long as they don't have to be alone in a corner somewhere, waiting for their fate, and with the weather turning cold again soon, at least here there's warmth, heated lamps, and meaty meals reserved for them.

Wishing our little member the strength to overcome the initial difficult phase, as they return to the shared home of nearly 400 dogs and cats, each with their share of past misfortunes.

That little dog lay alone overnight on the sidewalk, barely clinging to life...
A kind-hearted street vendor recounted that people said the dog had been in an accident. She was very scared, but her compassion prevailed, and the woman who was afraid of dogs tried to feed the dog small sips of milk, saying, 'I can't bear to let it die alone and cold, I feel so sorry for it' 🥺
There's no other option; this little dog needs urgent medical attention as soon as possible to hold onto a glimmer of hope for survival. Our volunteers are on their way to take the dog to the 2vet veterinary clinic, hoping that the veterinarians will do their best to save it.
We need to temporarily stop accepting new rescues to stabilize the lives of the animals at our shelter since we are facing numerous simultaneous challenges. But we can't ignore the small dog lying cold there with just a faint sign of life. Is there any creature that doesn't yearn for life? Perhaps this dog is also longing to recover, run, jump, and play with someone 😔
It's extremely challenging to save this adorable little dog, but we will do everything within our power to care for it. If it cannot be fully restored, at least it will know it was loved, cherished, and remembered, especially on cold days.
No rescue center can help all the unfortunate dogs and cats. Each of us, with our love for these animals, can join hands, support, and rescue when we see them in danger. It's only through the efforts of each individual that we can contribute to the collective strength of the community and make the lives of these lovable dogs and cats safer someday soon.
We sincerely thank the kind-hearted woman who, despite her fear of dogs, did her best to help the dog within her abilities. We also thank our volunteers for swiftly transporting the dog to the veterinary clinic to the best of their abilities.

Goodbye to our friends at the temporary shelter, NPLB , where these little ones came when they faced hardships. These adorable pups have now found their forever families.
We are thrilled to welcome these cute dogs who have left cramped living conditions and temporary shelter to find a peaceful haven after spending some time living and waiting at NPLB. Congratulations to these dogs, and we continue to look forward to more dogs and cats being welcomed into loving homes, bringing them a life full of happiness and tranquility.
Currently, at NPLB, we still have many adorable dogs and cats who meet the criteria for adoption. You can arrange a visit, take them for a walk, and explore the conditions to bring them into your family.
