Our Jumpy bunny Barfi crossed the rainbow Bridge yesterday 💔
She was the sweetest, loving boarding baby we had.

Unfortunately, Lymphoma Cancer caught on last Saturday and she fought hard till her last breath and gave up 😔 We all were with her throughout her last stages and was blessed to have met her before she peacefully crossed to the other side and her last rites were performed at Parel Hospital.

Deepest condolences to Barfi’s parents and praying that our dear Barfu is now safe and sound and isn’t suffering anymore.
May she rest in peace and always be remembered and loved by all of us ✨

1.Skin Infections: Increased moisture can lead to fungal and bacterial infections, causing conditions like hot spots, dermatitis, and other skin irritations.

2.Tick and Flea Infestations: Wet conditions can create a favorable environment for ticks and fleas, leading to infestations and diseases like Lyme disease and ehrlichiosis.

3.Leptospirosis: This bacterial infection is more common during the rainy season due to contaminated water. It can cause severe kidney and liver damage.

4.Gastrointestinal Issues: Consuming contaminated water or food can lead to stomach infections, diarrhea, and vomiting.

5. Parvovirus: This highly contagious viral disease can spread more easily in wet, muddy environments and is particularly dangerous for puppies.

6.Ear Infections: Moisture can accumulate in the ears, especially for dogs with floppy ears, leading to bacterial or yeast infections.

To prevent these issues, ensure your dog stays dry, avoid letting them drink from stagnant water sources, maintain good hygiene, regularly check for ticks and fleas, and keep up with vaccinations and preventive treatments.
