This Beagle of 3years name Keshu came for regular vaccination & we saw this typical pattern of alopecia . We took systematic history about food, bathing, previous treatment given & advised him blood work . In results his thyroid levels were very low . So it was the case of Hypothyroidism. Always go for the blood tests for every typical condition of skin as its not always fungal,bacterial, parasitic origin. But it can be metabolic also.

A Male Cat of 3 years came to us with the history of urine obstruction. We palpated the cat & found out that the bladder is distended.So we advised emergency ultrasound & blood work.But the owner declined any diagnostics & asked for temporary oral medications. After almost 2 weeks later the owner came back but the cat was on the verge of death. We did USG & blood work & found that the bladder was ruptured inside. So we decided to proceed for surgery.
We operated the cat successfully with 3 days Post Op. But on 4th day the Urethra got blocked & manual catherization was unsuccessful. So the cat needed second emergency surgery .But the owner again wanted to observe for a day and due to delay in the decision the cat died.
