What brings us happiness and excitement can become a nightmare for innocent animals. While we celebrate with fireworks and crackers, countless street dogs and animals suffer silently from fear, anxiety and loud noises.

They cannot tell us how scared they feel. They cannot ask us to stop. All they can do is hide, tremble and hope the noise goes away.

Celebrate festivals, not fear. Choose kindness over crackers. Let every living being feel safe and loved. ❤️

Be their reason to feel safe, not their reason to be scared.

Behind every ticket sold is a soul that may be suffering in the dark.

The government must take strong action and ban the use of elephants and other voiceless animals for religious ceremonies, festivals, processions, entertainment, and any public occasion where they are subjected to captivity, stress, or cruelty.

Behind the grand welcome of five-year-old Durga at Tamil Nadu’s temples lies a tragic reality faced by countless elephants used in captivity. Today she may be showered with flowers and celebrated as sacred, but no living being should have to endure chains, forced routines, fear, physical punishment, or a lifetime without freedom.

We decorate these majestic souls for human devotion, while their suffering remains hidden behind temple walls. Sacred tradition should never come at the cost of an innocent life.

True devotion is compassion.
True respect is freedom.
Let Durga live without fear. Let her spirit remain free.
