We're hiring: Manager

About us: Trusted dog boarding & daycare for 8+ years. 24/7 care, cage-free, 50+ happy clients/month.
Role: Full-time manager to run daily operations so the owner can focus on growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle client calls, bookings, payments & WhatsApp updates
2. Supervise 2-4 staff: feeding, cleaning, playtime, meds
3. Ensure safety protocols: double gates, vaccination checks, incident reporting
4. Manage check-ins/outs, send daily pupdates with photos/videos
5. Stock management: food, cleaning supplies, meds
6. Handle emergencies + vet coordination
7. Maintain hygiene standards & facility upkeep
Must-have:
- 2+ years experience with dogs: kennel, vet clinic, trainer, or shelter
- Calm under pressure — dog fights, medical issues, angry clients
- Basic accounting: billing, UPI, cash handling
- Fluent Marathi + Hindi + basic English for client comms
- Lives in/near , Pune. 6-day week, 9am-7pm or shift
Nice to have: Own transport, canine first-aid cert, social media skills
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month based on experience + free boarding for 1 personal dog
