PENNY GOT ADOPTED (finally)
I found Penny when she was 3 months old, during Diwali, hiding from firecrackers in a corner. She was still being brave, meowing as loudly as she could. I never thought it would take months for this beautiful girl to find a home, even with the best personality and the cutest adoption pictures.
We spent months talking to countless leads, posting multiple times, and getting ghosted. Meanwhile, Penny went from one foster to another. Just as she would settle into a place, I’d have to go and disrupt her daily life all over again.
As most adoptions go, I got a random text for Penny. I was fully prepared to be ghosted again, but thankfully, this time was different. .abhay and had their eyes set on her.
Now, she spends her time goofing around, bird watching, and even pulling her weight at home by staying up and “editing” all night (though she definitely sleeps on the job).
All the best to the new family 🤍
Huge thanks to and .photos for fostering Penny and being constants in her life. Couldn’t have done this without you guys
