A couple of weeks ago our team received an enquiry for Hope, a golden retriever puppy who had severe hyperextension in her left hock joint. Her damaged leg was not able to support her weight, causing her to slip and fall over, hindering her motor functions.

To remedy this condition we manufactured a customised hock joint for Hope with a locking hinge stitched into the brace. The hinge ensured that the affected hock joint did not extend beyond the necessary angle, preventing hyperextension.
