Date: 10/04/2025 Time:12:03:16 P.M. (working hours!)Location: Treatment areaTrigger Warning: Animal Mistreatment This footage shows a puppy being lifted by its plastic ID tag collar — something never meant to bear an animal’s weight. It’s not just careless, it’s cruel. But let’s be clear: *the worker isn’t the villain here.* Most staff at the shelter are untrained, unskilled, and unsupported. The real failure lies with ACGS management, which oversees our shelter's operation with zero supervision and even less compassion. This kind of handling happens in plain sight — and no one intervenes. Why? Because this is what the system allows. This is what’s been normalized. These videos aren’t meant to shame the staff. They’re evidence of a broken, inhumane structure that fails both animals, their rescuers, and the people hired to care for them. Noida caregivers and volunteers, we need you.Step in. Visit the shelter. Volunteer. Speak up.If we don’t act now, more animals will suffer — and more workers will take the fall for a broken system they didn’t create. A system that never trained or supports them in the first place.Don’t wait until it’s too late. Be the change these animals (and humans) so desperately need.

Voiceless Animals. Hidden Surgeries. . .Date: 03/04/2025Time: 12:53:17Location: A Fully Functional Operation Theatre inside Noida Animal Hospital & Shelter Sector 94For months, ACGS has misled Noida’s volunteers and caregivers—claiming they have no surgeon, no working OT, and no resources to treat critical animals.INCORRECT.This 4:21-minute video blows the lid off these falsehoods. What it shows:A dog undergoing a full-scale surgery.A man in a blue chequered shirt – the alleged “non-existent” surgeon – operating. Two staffers assisting him like this is just another routine procedure. One of them seemingly filming the operation and injecting drugs into the IV just a little later. So what is going on, ACGS? If there’s no surgeon — WHO is this operating on a live animal? These animals are NOT your test subjects. They are NOT expendable. While caregivers begged for help, begged for surgeries, begged for mercy — ACGS turned them away. People emptied their pockets at private vet clinics, raised funds to get the animals the treatment needed. They did everything that ACGS should have done. This isn’t negligence. This is deliberate deception. We are DONE being lied to.ACGS — You owe every animal, every volunteer, and every caregiver the truth.

. ANIMALS ARE DYING INSIDE ACGSIf you’ve ever rescued, fed, or cared for an animal—this is YOUR fight. Please protest against the cruelty and neglect at ACGS. These innocent souls have no voice but you! SPEAK UP. STAND UP.Because our silence is their death sentence.

A Story of Survival, Kindness & HealingOn 9th March 2025, we got an urgent call from Karuna, a caregiver in Sector 21, Noida. A community cat had suffered severe trauma — her eye was out, and her jaw was broken. Thanks to Karuna’s quick action and Vidhi’s prompt coordination, she was rushed to Dr. Pandey, where her condition was stabilised. The next day, her eye was removed, and her jaw was surgically repaired.Due to her fragile condition, she was sent to a private shelter for post-op care. She couldn’t eat on her own initially, so she was hand-fed on a liquid diet, later transitioning to regular food. It’s important to share that we did not approach ACGS for this case, as they’ve repeatedly refused to admit animals needing surgical intervention on some pretext or other— showing their complete apathy towards animals in distress, a heartbreaking reality. This resilient girl made a beautiful recovery and was released back to her territory on 8th April — strong, whole, and full of life.Heartfelt thanks to Karuna, Vidhi, Dr. Pandey, the private shelter staff, and Anuradha, whose generosity covered the entire cost of treatment.Wishing this brave little fighter a long, healthy, and happy life ahead.

The Rescue of a Warrior DoggoIn a small village ten kilometers beyond Greater Noida, a tragic accident left a dog grievously injured by a speeding tractor on 25.2.25.A compassionate villager, unwilling to let her suffer, called ACGS shelter for help. They refused to rescue claiming no vet surgeons or a functional OT . Determined to save her, he reached out to Vidhi, who quickly posted the dog’s plight on a volunteer group. Parth saw the message and immediately contacted his friend Shivika for help.Shivika rushed to the village, picked up the injured dog, and transported her to Dr. Hansraj, a private vet in Noida, for urgent surgery. After surgery the dog was taken to Happy pooches for the critical post-op care, which posed another challenge as the dog’s kidney values were slightly elevated due to the injury, requiring extensive medical care which was provided by Happy Pooches. She was released back on 25.3.25 after she had healed and recovered. Thanks to the unwavering care at Happy Pooches and the collective determination of the volunteer network, she slowly regained her strength. A month later, she stood strong, ready to return home. This rescue was a testament to love, unity, and perseverance. A heartfelt salute to Shivika, Parth, Vidhi, Anuradha, Gina, Dr. Hansraj, Happy Pooches, and every volunteer who came together to give this warrior dog another chance at life.

Clip 1: A viral video on the ACGS handle, put out on social media (https://www.instagram.com/reel/C9rIvPSSAYz/?igsh=MXF4djRzMDNkZnhrMg%3D%3D) after ACGS took over the Animal Shelter at Sector 94, Noida, in December 2023.

They made allegations and maligned the previous staff and management, accusing them of callousness and of keeping this particular dog, ‘Harry,’ locked up.

The truth was that Harry was a free dog, and he was only locked up during feeding time, as he had food aggression.

Clip 2: The text put out by ACGS, along with the video, to show themselves in a good light.

Clip 3: The heart-wrenching plight of the same dog on March 21, 2025. It’s been over a year since ACGS took over; this poor, same, free dog, ‘Harry,’ is ‘ALWAYS’ kept locked up in a small kennel and is only taken out for walks twice. A visitor and an animal person noticed and shared this.

A female dog with a VD tumor was refused treatment by the ACGS-managed and Government-funded Sector 94 Noida shelter. The shelter vet said they don’t do surgeries - shockingly ignorant that VD doesn’t need surgery.

The doggo was rescued by volunteers on 22/2/25, successfully treated by Dr Sankat Jain for VD, and released back into her territory on 21/3/25.

We, as volunteers are trying to do some rescues and on the spot treatment in very limited capacity after having being refused too many times by the current Management at the Noida Animal Shelter.

We were contacted last Sunday on 15th December from Sector 50, Noida for a streetie who had wound on his neck. We arranged for a private ambulance to treat the dog on the spot and plan to continue his care by taking him to a private clinic for regular dressing changes till he heals.

Video of the treatment is in the first comment .

Grace is an 11-month-old pitbull who is friendly with both humans and dogs. She is awaiting her forever home at a foster and needs a home that enjoys being with working breeds and has experience with the Bully breed. Since she hasn't been in a home situation for long, we would prefer families with children above the age of 12.

To adopt her, please connect on the details given in the poster or fill in this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1tF3vQIcGRqW1qcUgq8Hh9oV9kyEf2brlIiInh2agubk/edit?pli=1. Inbox us if you do fill in the form.
